Your LivingSocial Account Is Moving To Cudo

We’ve got exciting news - as of 22 March 2018, your LivingSocial account will be moving to Cudo, one of Australia’s leading daily deal providers!

Who is Cudo?

The Cudo team is all about providing you with Australia's best goods and experiences at incredibly low prices. From beauty services and home cleaning packages to dining offers and family holidays, you can get the most out of your city – for less.

What does this mean for you?

From 22 March 2018, your account information (including membership details, purchase history, vouchers, credits and personal info) will be available through Cudo and will fall under the Cudo terms and conditions and privacy policy .

Simply access your new Cudo account using your current LivingSocial user name and password.

Keep an eye out for an email from Cudo in the coming weeks with more of the deals that you’ve come to know and love.

Can I use my same username and password on Cudo?

Yes, you'll be able to access your new Cudo account using your current LivingSocial username and password.

Already a Cudo member?

Great! We will still move any of your LivingSocial credits, purchase history, and vouchers to your Cudo account on March 22nd.

Will my LivingSocial subscriptions be transferred to Cudo?

Yes, on March 22nd all of your current LivingSocial subscriptions will automatically be transferred.

How do I use my unredeemed LivingSocial voucher?

Any unredeemed LivingSocial vouchers will automatically be transferred to your new Cudo profile, and can be located under 'My Account' -> “My Deals” Each voucher's original expiry date still applies.

Where will my LivingSocial credits show up?

Your LivingSocial credits will be automatically transferred to your new Cudo profile. You can easily find them under 'My Account” section.

If I require a refund, who will it come from?

Any and all refunds will be handled by Cudo.

Do I need to change my payment details?

No, your current payment details will automatically be transferred to your new Cudo account.
